Hi, I’m Roger. I’ve been a disability support worker for several years, supporting clients with Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, and various other disabilities, as well as the elderly. I’m passionate about helping my clients stay active and social, whether that’s through gym and hydrotherapy sessions or organising community outings to enjoy nature with friends and family. Outside of work, I’m a handyman at heart and love gardening, cooking, and music.
Prior to this role, I spent 10 years with the Department of Justice in rehabilitation and law enforcement, which helped shape my supportive and advocacy-focused approach. I truly understand the pressure and stress that comes with caring for a loved one, and I’m here to help ease that burden for you. I am fully qualified with an NDIS Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR, and I have specialised training in epilepsy management and behavioural support.
